Batley wins the cup!
Mike Wood has congratulated the Batley Bulldogs on winning the Northern Rail Cup.
Batley Bulldogs won the trophy at Blackpool earlier today by beating Widnes Vikings 25-24.
Mr Wood, who is vice president of the club, said: "Tonight's game was nailbiting stuff but I am delighted for the players and the whole club as well as all the supporters. It's a fantastic result for the whole of Batley."
