Local Development Framework - support option 5
Mike Wood is campaigning to stop Batley and Spen and the rest of north Kirklees from bearing the brunt of the district's new housing development.
Mr Wood has prepared an alternative plan (option 5) that will be fairer and spread more evenly the allocation of land for housing across all of Kirklees, rather than shoehorning it into areas such as Batley and Spen.
